Best Price Guarantee Details

Guarantee is valid on projects valued between $10,000 and $100,000 in Barrie and the surrounding area.
Customer must provide a quote from a licensed local contractor, and quote must be less than 1 month old.
The estimate provided by Barrie Basement Suites will be for the exact same project as outlined on the quote provided to us for comparison.
If we are unable to give you a lower price than the quote you provided, we'll etransfer you $100.
Due to time constraints, there are a limited number of estimates available each month. While we will do our best to take down this page when we no longer have space available in the near future, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide an estimate for every offer. This offer applies only once we have agreed to physically come to your site to provide the estimate.
